How and when to take Creatine Creapure® from BEMORE®?
We recommend taking 5 grams a day mixed with water, a juice (not citrus) or an isotonic drink. The amount can be adjusted individually based on the person's weight, muscle mass and activity level.
BEMORE® Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate can be taken at any time of the day, although it is best to take it in the morning or immediately after training. For strength sports we recommend taking it "before" for endurance sports "after".
It is important to maintain proper hydration and consume plenty of water during consumption.
Different forms of intake:
Fast loading protocol: It is carried out for 5 to 7 days with an intake of up to 20g / day (depending on the person's muscle weight), divided into 4 doses a day. Then, in the maintenance phase, 3-5 g / day are ingested in a single dose.
Slow charge protocol: The results are similar to the fast charge protocol. 3-5 g / day are ingested in a single dose.
